Here is a profile shot of Syndication:
Syndication, Inc. (SYNJ.PK), a development stage company, operates as a consulting company in the United States. It acquires controlling interests in or to participate in the creation of, and to provide financial, management, and technical support to development stage businesses, e-commerce businesses, and traditional brick-and-mortar businesses. The company assists target companies in various areas, including the development and implementation of business models to provide solutions to traditional companies; building corporate infrastructure, such as a management team, a qualified sales and marketing department, information technology, and finance and business development; and managing rapid growth and flexibility to adopt to the changing Internet marketplace and technology. It also assists target companies in evaluating, structuring, and negotiating joint ventures, strategic alliances, joint marketing agreements and other corporate transactions; and by providing advice relating to corporate finance, financial reporting, and accounting operations. Syndication, through its subsidiary, Sy-Med Decompression, Inc., provides non-surgical treatment option for patients with back pain due to lumbar disc herniation, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, facet syndrome, and spinal stenosis. The company, formerly known as Syndication Net.com, Inc., was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Damascus, Maryland.
Why We Chose Syndication;
It seems they are currently working on 2 Major projects... "Pinnacle Energy" and "Sy-Med Chiropractic"
Sy-Med is focused on a non invasive treatment to correct back and spinal issues... their mission -
"Our mission is to provide patients with a non-surgical means of correcting the cause of their neck & back related conditions. Our clinics strive to bring you the latest advances in modern technology. We continue to successfully treat bulging & herniated discs, which cause spinal and/or foraminal stenosis, sciatica, and radiculopathy. We are committed to providing procedures that will never involve surgery, injections, or medication."
When Syndication really got rolling here, their stock jumped up to .15 per share!!! This is Key!
Currently Syndication is working on Pinnacle Energy, which from what we can tell is focused on renewable energies. If you have been watching the Energy Market as of late you will notice the government is stepping behind renewable energies and giving funding towards research and development. There has not been much news put out about Pinnacle Energy yet... they have been listing news about hiring key roles for the company and thats it.
We are anticipating and hoping for Syndication/Pinnacle Energy to be as big of a player as they are leading on to be. (They have listed major energy companies as their primary competition)
The stock has been consistently varying around .002 and .0023
We have bought large volumes at .0008, .0015, and .0020... we are not selling... we are continuing to gain shares as the dumpers sell.
Hold onto this stock... it is a very touchy stock that jumps high on slight news... think what big news will bring... when they announced McCutcheon Marshall Jr as President and Chairman of the board, the stock rocketed to .0067 from .0008. Think of the potential if some "real" news comes out.
What is the risk level? Small cap Stocks are the highest risk level, but also the highest potential for huge dividends on your money.
Here is the simple math again:
You have $500.00 to invest, and you get in today at .0022... that gives you roughly 227,275 shares.
If it hits .01 your account is worth $2275.00... way to 4X your money.
Now lets say it reaches .15 again ... your account is now worth a touch over $34,000.00 and you made roughly 68X your money.
If the stock drops off and you bail at.0011 you lost $250.00... once again... the growth potential far out weighs the loss potential.
Happy trading and more to come...

Cord Blood America: CBAI.OB
What does Cord Blood America do?
Here is the "About" Cord Blood:
Cord Blood America (OTC Bulletin Board: CBAI - News) is the parent company of CorCell, which facilitates umbilical cord blood stem cell preservation for expectant parents and their children. Its mission is to be the most respected stem cell preservation company in the industry. Collected through a safe and non-invasive process, cord blood stem cells offer a powerful and potentially life-saving resource for treating a growing number of ailments, including cancer, leukemia, blood, and immune disorders. To find out more about Cord Blood America, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CBAI - News), or for investor information, visit http://www.cordblood-america.com/.
Why We chose Cord Blood:
Cord blood in recent months has built a track record for reducing their long-term debt and they are beginning to build a good structure to set themselves up for large growth in months to come. Cord Blood America is in a very niche market right now as there are primarily focused on Cryogenic storage. As the business has progressed they have emerged as one of the leaders of their trade.
They have also recently acquired private investment to start and or look at setting up their own research facility which would open up their ability to make money as they are no longer stuck in such a niche market.
With the New Democratic Presidency and the potential change towards a One Health Care type plan (Not that we agree with a one health care plan), we see the potential for a mandate where all Parents who have a child will be required to store there child's cord blood or "stem cells" in case of cancer or other diseases that can be treated through a stem cell treatment.
Even though Cord blood is not showing major positive gains, they are continuing to reduce debt and branch out into other countries and expand their global presence. If one or two major stem cell research companies hit it big with a new drug or treatment, they will look for a storage facility and or company and as a front runner in that industry... Cord Blood America should have a very strong potential to get the business.
We have been buying Cord Blood in large volumes anywhere from .0038 - .0055.
What is the risk level? Its a very risky stock to purchase as is any Small Cap Stock. Let me do some simple math though to show you the potential instead.
If you are willing to invest $500.00 at .004 you would acquire 125,000 shares...
We see major potential for this company to reach .05 in near months and even .10 - .50 in the next year, with hopes of higher returns.
Even if they only hit .05 the return to you is $6250.00... you make 12X your money.
Let's say you invest the money and it drops to .002 and you bail... then you only lose $250. The potential for growth far out weighs the loss potential.
With today's economy and the way the government is working to restructure things, these are the types of stock we feel you can't miss out on. Unfortunately there will be pumping and dumping of stocks like this, but we would encourage you to stick with the company and the stock and give them a chance to prove that they can be the best.
Until Next time...

About Investing
As we look at different stocks to invest in there are a few main things we look at.
1. What kind of volume has been traded and has it been consistent or growing?
2. What is the 52 week high and range of the Stock.
-We look at the 52 week high because we want to see what the potential of the stock is... if the peak of a stock is .05 and its currently .01, then the most I would expect out of the company is .05 or a little higher. If a stock has a 52 week high of 45.00 and is currently .05, then I see potential for major growth as they restructure their company to turn things around... in other words.. they have experience at that range and potentially can get it back there quick.
3. What are the Company goals and Focus. Do they apply well to today's economy and focus.
One thing we do not do as an investment group is look at all of the woe's and no's of the the Economical headlines. If you focus too much on the negative out there you will pass by and miss some really good stocks that's can yield large dividends on your money in a very short time. Don't get me wrong, you do want to cover company related news and updates and keep track over overhead and debt the company has.
We do not believe in the Pump and Dump ideas... All Pumping and Dumping does is build false growth and yes while it may give a return on your money, if you can find the stocks that can rebound from the people pumping and dumping you can grow your money over 1000% fast.
We look for companies that are just starting out or have hit rock bottom but are large enough and or old enough to buckle down and rebound from their losses.
We also look for stocks that go with the flow of the new Government Regime. Stocks that may benefit as the new president rolls on.
We invest based on the 3 stats above and off of initial feeling about the stock. Lets face it... investing is like gambling.... except its more structured and you typically don't lose your money as fast... you have to be willing to take a risk and sit on your risk even if you are losing money. When we are picking stocks if we have one negative thought or red flag... immediately we quit talking about that stock as move it to the way side no matter how minimal the red flag is.
So far our picks have been incredibly in the green and each stock at one point or another has yielded 200-500% growth or more.
Specific Stocks to come... happy investing!

Small Cap Investment is key in todays economy.
Recently a few friends and myself began a small investment partnership focused on "short-long term" returns on our money. What do I mean by that... I mean we are looking for stocks that will yield a large percentage of return within 3-6 months but that can hold that return to the 1 year mark so you can take advantage of the tax benefit.
A few things before I start giving thoughts on stocks and the economy.
1. I am not a professional financial advisor nor do I want to be.
2. All info provided is opinion based but may have some factual context.
3. I hope everyone who reads this can benefit as we are financially.
I want to blog individually about specific stocks so I will blog about each one... Exciting things to come!!
